Job description:
 
 
 
1. Responsible for the company's export tax rebate operation, monthly tax declaration, year-end income tax final settlement and completion of external liaison work for various tax requirements;
 
2. VAT anti-counterfeiting tax control invoicing, tax copying, electronic tax declaration, purchase of various invoices of the company;
 
3. Operation of online foreign exchange verification system and China electronic port system;
 
4. Independently complete the whole company's financial account processing, responsible for the company's cost forecast, control, accounting, financial statements, analysis and assessment, to ensure the company's profits;
 
5. Responsible for external statistical work and preparation of statistical statements;
 
6. Checking export settlement issues with the agent exporters;
 
7. Established and improved the company's financial management system and optimized the financial process;
 
8. Formulate the accounting work of the company's financial department, organize and complete the accounting work of the department, implement accounting supervision, prepare financial statements, and report the company's financial status, operating results and capital changes to the superior leaders;
 
9. Responsible for the company's annual industrial and commercial inspection, annual qualification inspection, annual income tax settlement, etc.;
 
10. According to the cost and expense scope and standard stipulated by the company, responsible for reviewing the original documents of daily expense reimbursement to ensure its rationality and legality;
 
 
 
11. Completed the preparation of the company's monthly salary, calculated the employee bonus according to the requirements of the company's performance assessment and prepared the bonus payment table. To complete the payment of social insurance and provident fund for employees.
 
 
 
12. Other work related to company finance.
 
 
 
13. Cooperate with other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
 
 
 
 
 
Qualifications:
 
 
 
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, junior accountant title or above.
 
 
 
2. Master the basic theoretical knowledge of import and export business process, familiar with the import and export business links of foreign trade;
 
 
 
3. CET 4 or above, proficient in office software;
 
 
 
4. Strong executive ability, love the foreign trade industry, cheerful personality, work seriously, practical and diligent, good at dealing with interpersonal relations, brave to challenge, with hard-working dedication
